Private Pilot Ground School

Spectrum Airways' next online live ground school class is anticipated for Spring 2025, aligning with our available capacity to welcome new students. Current Private Pilot Students, please proceed with purchasing Harv’s Air self-led ground school below to enjoy a $10 discount off the regular price.

• PPL Ground School is subject to HST.

• The minimum age to begin flight training at Spectrum Airways is 16 years old.

• The following Private Pilot ground school is conducted online through Harv's Air (pilottraining.ca). By purchasing through Spectrum Airways website, you will receive a $10 discount on the total price of the course. Once your order is complete, you will receive a registration email from Harv's Air within 1-2 days.

The following Advanced ground schools are conducted online through Harv's Air (pilottraining.ca). By purchasing through Spectrum Airways website, you will receive a $20 discount on the total price of the course. Once your order is complete, you will receive a registration email from Harv's Air within 1-2 days.

Our 1-On-1 Ground School is a great option if you have a unique schedule, want to accelerate your learning, or want the consistency of a single instructor for all ground instruction.

You will submit your availability and we will pair you with an instructor that can work with your preferred schedule. The selected instructor will contact you, and then you can set up when you will have your Zoom ground school sessions.
